    This is classic evaporative dry eye driven by MGD.

    Why the Others Are Wrong:
    Aqueous-deficient dry eye
    → Schirmer would be low.
    Allergic conjunctivitis
    → Would have itching as the dominant symptom.
    Sjögren’s
    → Usually severe dryness, often systemic symptoms, low Schirmer.
