I suffer from anterior uveitis and I can say that one of the first symptoms is blurred vision and photophobia. Then, if not treated with corticosteroids and cycloplegics, the IOP is going to get really critical and the pain starts to come out with violent headache
If the uveitis is secondary to a systematic disease,then the disease should be treated
The symptoms such as inflammation can be managed by use of corticosteroids and pain can be managed by use of cycloplegics which relax the ciliary muscles hence reducing the pain
